AA-BASE Automation Appliance

The Automation Appliance has firmware designed to calculate the dates for DST based on the pre-2008 scheme of DST beginning on the first Sunday in April and ending on the last Sunday in October. Since these are no longer the correct dates, it will be necessary for you to disable the automatic DST feature and manually enter the correct dates twice each year. Follow the link for instructions for information on making this change.

Updating the AA-BASE firmware to work with the new start and end dates for DST of the second Sunday in March and first Sunday in November will require an on-site service call or the return of your unit to the factory to upgrade the firmware. Contact the service department at 1.888.852.2778, then press 2 for field service and tell the representative that you would like to arrange a firmware upgrade to your AA-BASE.
